The pension is located in a quiet area closed to the park,150m to a tram-stop,1,5km to the city-centre, 2km to an industrial zone "Borská pole".Parking:in front of the house or in 3 garages.The building(4 floors)has been renovated and has a garden behind and in front of the pension.We have 7 double-rooms,2 single-rooms and 1 apartment( for 4 persons).All rooms are fully equiped in a very good level (in a bathroom there is a shower or a bath-tub,WC)then sat-TV,radio.We have also a fitness-centre,table-tennis and darts. Also alarm-system and cameras have been installed in a lobby and in front of the house. Closed to the pension (200-300m)there are 3 restaurants and various shops. The pension is open non-stop.Prices: double-rooms from 400-500Kč/pers./day,single-room from 650-700Kč/day,garage 150Kč/day.It is possible to order breakfest (50Kč/pers.)1km from the pension there are tennis-courts,big park and playground for children.
