The best to get the hotel: from the main railway station with trams 5, 9 or 26 to the "Lipanska" station (2 stops), from the main bus station Florenc with busses 133 or 207 to the "Tachovske namesti" station (2 stops by bus), from the airport Ruzyne with bus 119 to the "Dejvicka" station and then with the tram 26 to the "Lipanska" station.
