The Chalet "Snowman’s" with all its charm

Throughout 2006 and the first half of 2007, the chalet underwent a complete reconstruction – from an original lodging facility for lumbermen we transformed it into a comfortable and beautiful mountain chalet where you can spend your holidays in a playful and exciting way.

The house consists of a ground–floor offered to quests and an attic which is not yet in operation. On the ground–floor, there are three bedrooms which all have their own toilet, bathroom and television set. In addition to that, there is a common little kitchen and a social room with an open–fire–stove and a TV set. You may of course leave your ski in a common ski–room and have your wet boots dried in a boot–room equipped with special boot–driers. Cyclists may put their bikes under lock and key in a shed. Your cars will be parked right outside the house.

As to the interior arrangement, the house is still fresh new waiting just for you.

The red bedroom for two

It is a small, romantic double–bed room the colour of which makes every heart to melt.

You may watch TV and SAT here. If needed, the capacity may increase for one more additional bed (the maximum capacity – 3 people). A bathroom, a toilet, a basic hygiene set and towels are an obvious standard.

The blue family room

Three stable beds and two solid additional beds (the maximum capacity – 5 people).

The only room with a fitted kitchen: a refrigerator with a little freezer, an electrical cooker, an electrical jug kettle, all necessary pots and pans, detergents, dishcloths. We are sure you will appreciate, after a day of healthy exercise in the mountains, a chance to relax in front of colour TV + SAT. Your holiday will be perfect.

The same way as in other rooms there is a bathroom and a toilet; a basic hygiene set plus towels are ready for you to use. We will be happy if you and your family find comfort and privacy in this azure room.

The yellow bedroom for four

Three stable beds and a solid additional bed (the maximum capacity – 4 people).

The room can offer a perfect accommodation for a group of friends or a family with children. When Šumava mountains’ winter freezes you through, this lovely room in colour of Sun will certainly warm you up. You may watch TV+SAT lying in bed or sitting in an armchair – as you like.

And a bathroom, a toilet and towels are here just for you – not necessary to share with anyone.

The common kitchen

If those who stay in either the yellow room or the red one want to make coffee or cook dinner, they may use the common kitchen which is very well equipped: two gas cooking plates, a washing up machine, an electrical jug kettle, a microwave cooker, a refrigerator with a little freezer, pots and pans; you will easily recognize your dishes – they are in colour of the room you stay in. Detergents and dishcloths available are again an obvious standard.

The social room

Here you will find dining tables and a comfortable sofa on which you may watch LCD, TV, SAT, DVD or you can listen to the music, there is a hi–fi audio–system with a MP 3 player.

You may also prefer watching fire to watching TV – burning logs watched through a glass window of the stove, what a spectacle! And you will make fire yourself. If the moment is appropriate, you may wish to spend some time with your family sitting in the twilight – such a break in the current hurried time makes everyone happy.

We truly tried at our best to create a cosy, relaxing place for you – the one you are going to remember for a long time. Smoking is thus forbidden in all places of the house.
