The house is fully fenced, and offers possibility to park 2 cars within the front yard and one car inside the garage. The total living area of the Holliday house is around 160 square meters (1700 square feet). Inside the house you will find two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, two toilets, three bedrooms and two living rooms. In the main floor is well-appointed kitchen with basic equipment for recreational staying (stuff, microwave oven, refrigerator…). The Holliday house is surrounded by 1200 m² (1400 square yards) garden with summer pool 3,5 x 7 meters and outside fireplace with sitting area, where you can enjoy outside grilling.Our Holliday house is rentable for minimum 1 week for max of 9 people, and offers plenty of activities year round from Golf (3 km) to local Spa and Wellness (8 km) in the southern part of the Czech Republic.
