We are an international comfortable holiday area in the Šumava Mountains on the bank of the Lipno Lake.
You will find us in Lipno nad Vltavou (30km to Český Krumlov, 210km to Prague, 14km border crossing point to Austria – Studánky, 70km to Linz – AT, 65km border crossing point to Germany – Strážný, 120km to Passau – DE)
We offer you apartments in different sizes and types (40-170m2, 1st-3rd floor). For example : Studio - Floor area approx. 40 m², apartments with one bedroom (50 – 60m2), two floored or single floored apartments with two bedrooms (75 – 90m2), two floored or single floored apartments with three bedrooms (85 – 115m2).
In each apartment is : open kitchen with a ceramic hotplate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, digester, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is a dining area, sofa bed and TV with SAT TV in the living room. In the bathroom are a shower bath or a bath tub and washbasin. Toilet extra or in the bathroom. Most of the apartments have a balcony or terrace with a sea view.
Summer (swimming, windsurfing, yachting, fishing, steam-boat tours, trekking, cycling, golf, bobsleigh track) or winter (ski slopes, snowpark, tracks for cross-country skiing, bobsleigh track, Foxpark – the best children ski playground in Czech Republic, technical snow, night skiing), the large lake is a source of pleasure.
In our park you can rent a bike, in-line skates, ski, snowboard and other equipment or you can enroll for the ski school.
Local restaurants, pizzerias and coffee-bars provide you complete service of food and give you nice sitting on the boulevard, which is 100m distanced from the area.
You can do some sports here, go mushrooming or you can just lay on the beach and sunburn.
